The 2026 edition of the Maroochy Classic surf event commences at 2pm Friday and before finishing on Saturday.
Maroochydore SLSC has put together a $16K prizepool for the event which will incllude beach flags under lights from 4:30pm Friday and beach sprint on Saturday, don’t blink or you will miss the best of best on sand.
It is expected that one of the highlights of the 2026 Murphy Homes Maroochy Classic will be whether homegrown Iron Athlete, Tiarnee Massie can again deliver on her home beach.
Rising stars Mary Thompson and Byron Dieckmann will face off against the best of the rest including Ali Day, Connor Maggs, Naomi Scott and Matt Bevilacqua.
