Caloundra are one win from two starts in their first FQPL 2 season after losing 3 goals to 1 away to Moreton City Excelcior.

“I think they’re a pretty tough team,” player Ethan Galbraith said after his side’s league opener against Brisbane Knights.

“We’ll be up against it… but looking forward to the challenge.”

Moreton City opened the scoring through their number 10 Brayden O’Regan in the seventh minute.

Caloundra conceded an own goal in the 24th minute with a misplaced back pass.

O’Regan scored City’s third goal – his second – in the sixtieth.
